2nd Place in Plein Air Paint Out competition (May 2013) State Street Morning.  Sponsored by Kent County Tourism in conjunction with Old Dover Days.   Exhibited in the Biggs Museum of American Art, Dover, Delaware.  Also participated in the Quick Draw, three-hour timed exercise.  (Middletown Transcript. 1st Place in Professional Category (March 2013) The Green, Dover, Delaware.  Sponsored by The National Arts Program Foundation in support and cooperation with the State of Delaware and the Delaware Division of the Arts.
Kent County Fund for the Arts (KCFA) (June 2012)  11” x 14” collage depicting ten visual and performing arts venues and funding-recipients of the KCFA.  Commissioned by the Cendel Foundation to create collage in pen/ink gift for Ms. Rosemary Twilley, in honor of her generous donation to the KCFA.  Governor Jack and First Lady Carla Markell participated in the event.
2nd Place in inaugural Plein Air Paint Out competition (May 2012) Dover Residence (Ridgely House on Dover Green).  A three-hour timed event sponsored by Kent County Tourism (Dover Days) May 2012.
